Gel - Soft Special

Overview

Gel - Soft Special is an all-around cake emulsifier, adapted for baking of products that use baking powder, such as sponges, Swiss rolls, muffins, pound cakes etc. Suitable for both handcrafted production.


It gives a stable batter and once finished, the cake gets a fantastic volume, an even, porous crust and increased freshness. Also contributes to providing a more secure and flexible production process. 100% vegetable.

Gel - Soft 60 is a premium all-around Cake Emulsifier for outstanding volume, stability and production reliability. It is produced to Halal specification and is particularly suited to warm climates. Ideal for use within industrial production of all varieties of soft cake.


Gel - Soft 60 is concentrated and produces excellent results, even from a low dosage. It is a cost-effective alternative to locally produced cake emulsifiers and has proven to reduce the total recipe cost for many bakers.

GEL - BAKE SUPER

Overview

Gel - Bake Super  is a Cake Emulsifier of premium class that provides fantastic volume and stability and contributes to a safer and more flexible production process. This is also the most concentrated emulsifier in the range and gives excellent results even at low dosages.

Bake Super is used for industrial production of all types of soft cakes.

The advantage of using a cake emulsifier instead of a powder emulsifier is that the cake emulsifier is easier to whisk together with the other ingredients in the recipe. The cake emulsifier also starts to work immediately, which can shorten the whipping time by up to half the time. Time can also be saved thanks to the fact that all ingredients can be added at the same time according to the “all-in-one method”.
