Extender 360 is a powerful liquid preservative solution with a lemon taste, designed to prolong the shelf-life of industrially manufactured soft cakes. This innovative liquid technology, a synergistic blend, is particularly suitable for all kinds of long-life snack cakes, sponge cakes, pound cakes, muffins, and injected fillings. Extender 360 effectively inhibits the growth of mold and enhances the softness and freshness of cakes over time.
